StAR organizes Regional Meets sometimes along with Seminars in different regions of the country 3-4 times in a year. Format is typically half- day or full day. The Meet many times is focussed on a theme. Presentations are made by a panel of Speakers. Along with Q&A sessions and Discussions the Meet concludes with cocktails & dinner. At a seminar a topic is addressed in a comprehensive, detailed and interactive manner.

StAR Annual Rotomoulding Conferences have an established reputation of being high quality events on the international rotomoulding calendar.
The first Annual Conference was held in Dec 2004 as the Ist ARM Int’l India Division Conference. It has been annually held ever since and has become known for its excellent Programme and good presence of attendees from around the globe. The 2012 StAR Conference will be held in New Delhi on Jan 29, 30, & 31. It will immediately precede the well known international Plastics exhibition Plastindia also in Delhi from Feb 1 to 5.
